Description
The entrance gate and gate piers at Letham Glen were built in 1925 and serve as a triumphal vehicular entrance. The structure features channelled ashlar stonework. The triumphal arch has a keystoned, moulded design with a cornice that leads to a deep frieze inscribed with '19', 'LETHAM GLEN', and '25'. The entrance is completed with two-leaf decorative metalwork gates. The gate piers are square in section, topped with a deep cornice and flat coping, and they also support two-leaf decorative metalwork gates.
