Description
Overhailes Farmhouse is a late 18th century, two-storey, three-bay L-plan farmhouse. It features white painted harling with painted margins and an eaves course. The central door is adorned with painted rusticated architraves and a cornice, along with a radial fanlight above. On either side of the door, there are Bull's-eye windows at both the ground and first floors, with larger windows in the outer bays grouped towards the centre. The first floor has three windows positioned close under the eaves. The rear has irregular openings and includes a piend-roofed addition with a lean-to porch. The sash and case windows have a 12-pane glazing pattern. The steeply pitched roof is covered with grey slates, featuring straight skews and broad harled stacks.
