5 Victoria Road, North Berwick

5 Victoria Road is a mid to later 19th century pair of terraced houses, each two stories tall and symmetrical with three bays. They are constructed from squared and snecked rubble, featuring a raised and droved ashlar base course, margins, and door surrounds. Notable architectural details include unusual corbels with carved shield emblems above the doors and small-pane fanlights. The windows have a 12-pane glazing pattern, and the houses have plain skews with rubble end and mutual gable stacks.

No. 5 has raised dressings and a door surround that are painted. The rear is harled and includes a centrally located flat-roofed stair block and a lean-to outbuilding to the south, topped with a concrete pantiled roof.

No. 7 features a panelled door and has flat-roofed dormer additions at the front and rear, added in 1957. It also has a central stair window at the rear and a brick lean-to outbuilding to the south, with a slate roof.
