Description

Bermaline Mills is an early 19th century, four-storey industrial grain mill located on Whittinghame Drive in Haddington. The building is constructed of rubble and features a pantiled piended roof. It has two south-facing outshots, one with a pantiled roof and the other with a slated roof. The mill has six small, evenly spaced windows on the second and third floors, and it includes a taller kiln. Originally, there were two internal undershot water wheels, but only one is currently in working order.
