South Port, Lennoxlove

South Port, Lennoxlove is a two-storey house built around 1870, consisting of four bays that form two matching cottages. The structure is made of squared and snecked sandstone with margins that are stugged, droved, and chamfered. It features projecting eaves supported by block corbels. At the rear, there is a single-storey lean-to made of brick that is likely contemporary with the main building.

The front (south) elevation has two plain boarded doors and two windows on the ground floor, with two symmetrical gabled dormers on the first floor that have dormerheads breaking the eaves. The rear (north) elevation mirrors this with identical dormers, and the lean-to has a plain door and two windows for each cottage on the ground floor. There are also tiny windows on the east gable at ground level.

The windows are sash and case style, with 12 panes, except for the lean-to which has 4-pane windows. The roof is gabled and covered in graded grey slate, although the rear has ungraded Welsh slate as a replacement. The chamfered ashlar skews have moulded skewputts. There are two brick stacks on the east gable and a central ridge, each topped with stone copes and three plain cans. The west gable features a broken finial.
