Description
87, 89, and 91 Newbigging in Musselburgh is an early 19th century, three-storey tenement building that features a shop on the ground floor. The facade is three windows wide and constructed of ashlar. The second-floor windows are reglazed single pane sashes, while the first-floor windows are pivot types. The building boasts a well-preserved original Roman Doric shop front with four bays, pilasters, and roundels on the frieze above each pilaster. The roof is tiled with concrete and has straight skews and end stacks.
