Description

Mid to later 19th century. Single storey gabled, 3-bay

service cottage to Marine Villa. Squared and snecked

rubble with contrasting ashlar dressings; chamfered

arrises.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: harled porch added with flat-roof

and depressed arched surround. Flanking bipartite

windows surround. Flanking bipartite windows with

diamond-pane timber casement window. harled, piend

roofed outbuilding adjoined at outer left.

N (REAR) ELEVATION: 2 widely grouped windows with

4-pane sash and case. Outbuilding as above to outer

right.

E gable blank and piend roofed outbuilding to W gable.

Green slates to pitched roof with overhanging eaves and

timber eaves brackets. Coped diamond ashlar stacks at

centre of ridge.
