Description

This is a late 18th century, two-storey house located at 2 Shorthope Street in Musselburgh. The building features three windows on the first floor and a central doorway that has a mid-19th century moulded surround. The ground floor is mostly blind, with the exception of a narrow, horizontal louvred opening on the right side. The roof is pantiled and the exterior is rendered, with raised margins around the windows and door. The centre window is a six-pane sash, while the other windows have been reglazed with single panes.
