Description
123 High Street in Musselburgh is a building from the later 18th century, featuring two storeys and an attic. The first floor has three windows, one of which is blind, while the ground floor has a modern shopfront. The roof is slated and includes an end stack and a scrolled skewputt. The exterior is made of painted coursed rubble with quoins, raised window margins, and an eaves band course. There are two square dormers on the roof. On the Shorthope Street elevation, the gable end has an outshot extending beyond it. This side has three windows on the first floor, two in the gable, and one in the outshot. All windows have been reglazed and feature single pane sashes.
