18th century. Beehive dovecot, circumference 56ft,

narrowing to unusual ashlar coping enclosing slated

swept roof to S. Whinstone rubble, harled; 3 rat

courses. Entrance to N. 16 flight holes below eaves

course, 4 additional holes to small dormer in roof.

INTERIOR: 570 nests, potence.
