Description

The dovecot at Dougalston House in Milngavie is a single-chambered structure with a hexagonal shape, constructed from grey sandstone. The base consists of heavy ashlar blocks that sit on a plinth made of rubble stone. It features recessed round-arched panels with square panels above them. The dovecot is topped with a low parapet and a cornice that has modillions.
