Description

The Town House at 48-50 Main Street in Newmilns is a crowstepped building featuring a double flight of entrance steps with railings. It has a simple pedimented doorway and a bellcote with a cupola and weather vane dated 1739. The lower storey of this building was used as a Tolbooth.
