Description
2 Panmure Terrace in Dundee is a single-storey, three-bay villa built around 1840, likely by George Angus, showcasing Greek Revival architectural style. The villa features ashlar stonework on the front, with rubble-built sides and rear.
The central entrance has a margined doorpiece topped with a pedimental blocking course. On either side of the entrance are single-light windows. To the left, there is a wing that is set back, which includes a single light and doors leading to the back garden. The main structure has a cornice and a blocking course.
The roof is piended and platformed, covered with slate, and there are cupola lights above the central atrium. The villa has ashlar chimney stacks, and the windows are sash and case with a two-pane glazing pattern.
Surrounding the property are ashlar boundary walls topped with modern railings.
