Description
8-18 Gray Street in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is an earlier 19th century, two-storey, two-bay terraced house. The exterior is harled with painted margins and features a slate roof with a coped rendered stack. There is a continuous base course that connects with 20 and 22 Gray Street.
The west elevation showcases an elaborate tripartite doorpiece on the right, which includes pilaster door jambs and a six-panel door. It also has sidelights with lying panes and a large decorative fanlight. To the left, there is an enlarged bipartite window, featuring a taller twelve-pane sash and case window on the first floor. A mutual stack is located on the left side of the building.
