Description

Hutton and Tough, circa 1905-10. Square-plan free-style villa, rock-faced rubble-built ground floor, harled brick first floor. Elevation to Street symmetrical. Centre door recessed between 5-light timber mullioned and transomed canted bays. Broad verandah with modern tiled cladding.

Timber balusters at 1st floor. Long 5-light mullioned and transomed window with canted ends linked by borad segmental arch. Simpler windows to sides and rear. Leaded glass cross stair window to rear.

Piended slate roof with extraordinarily broad eaves. Stacks missing.

Low coursed rubble boundary walls, later heightened to Kingsway.
