Description
36 Bingham Terrace in Dundee is a pair of symmetrical, two-storey semi-detached villas designed by Edward Tough (Hutton and Tough) in 1909. The buildings feature harled brick and expanded metal lath, with timber turrets and verandahs set on a rock-faced rubble-built base.
The inner gabled bays have triple light windows, while the octagonal angle towers include five timber mullioned lights. The roofs are swept and adorned with Art Nouveau finials. Additionally, there are linking four-bay timber verandahs that have recessed doors and a bay with mullioned and transomed windows.
