Description

J & A Leslie, engineers 1874. Single-storey Scots Baronial cottage, rubb le-built with ashlar details. L-plan with crowstepped gable to left having canted bay with castellated parapet. Crowstepped gabletted porch in re-entrant angle.

Slate roofs. Sash and case windows.

Small walled garden adjoins to rear.
