Description
The Rockhall Hotel Monument is an early 19th-century structure, believed to mark a horse's grave. It features a tall, facetted, and battered shaft that stands on an octagonal drum, all elevated on a stepped base. The monument is made of polished ashlar, and the capping stone has been removed, which is said to have served as a beacon stand.
