Description
Mossbank, located at Racks, is a pair of adjoining single-storey cottages built likely in the second half of the 18th century. Each cottage features three bays and a central boarded door. The buildings are constructed from rubble and are whitewashed, with contrasting painted margins. The windows have six-pane upper sashes and three-pane lower sashes, except for one window that has four panes. The cottages have straight skews and corniced end stacks, and they probably have a rebuilt slate roof.
