Description

The Castlefairn Bridge is probably an early 19th-century road bridge spanning Castlefairn Water. It features a single segmental arch constructed of rubble, with recessed red ashlar arch rings. The bridge has a ramped parapet with splayed approaches and droved coping and is finished with pyramidal caps on square terminal piers. The statutory address is Castlefairn Bridge (A702 over Castlefairn Water).
