Description
This is an 18th-century house, likely built in the last quarter of the 18th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure. The walls are constructed of rubble with ashlar detailing, and the exterior has been whitewashed with contrasting painted wide margins. The central doorway is recessed and panelled, with a fanlight above; a window has since been blocked up above the door. The other windows are sash windows with 12 panes of glass on the first floor. An eaves/lintel band runs along the building, followed by a moulded cornice. The roof is slate-covered, with straight skews and end stacks, some of which have been rebuilt. A horse-reins ring is fixed beside the front door.
