Description

Mid Cottage in Warmanbie is an early 19th-century lodge that features a piend roof and is a single storey with three bays. The building has pointed openings and was originally designed in an L-shape, with a flat-roofed addition in the re-entrant angle. It is constructed from rubble with ashlar dressings and rustic margins, all of which are whitewashed.

On the south elevation, there is a central door flanked by casement windows, all of which have pointed upper lights, including one latticed window and a fanlight with a painted lattice pattern. The cottage has a central axial stack and a slate roof. The west flank has a pointed window in a single bay, while the long east flank features two square-headed openings.
