Description

Ingleston is an earlier 19th-century, two-story house of three bays, built as part of a terrace in Drummore. The house is harled and painted, with painted architraved margins and a painted base course.

The south-facing elevation, onto Mill Street, features a centrally placed, deeply-set door. Windows are present in both the outer bays on each floor, and gabled dormerheads top the first-floor windows. A low, painted wall adjoins the house to the right.

The west elevation is adjoined to number 15 Mill Street, and the east elevation is adjoined to number 19 Mill Street, which is listed separately.

The windows are sash and case with four panes of glazing. A coped mutual skew is visible on the southeast corner, and a harled mutual stack adjoins the west side. The roof is covered in purple slates and topped with octagonal cans.
