Description
This is a mid to later 19th century house situated at the end of a terrace in Drummore. It is a tall, two-storey, three-bay building, with a harled exterior and painted projecting cills.
The front, or South (Mill Street) elevation, is harled and features a central, heavy, plain block doorpiece with a deep-set door. The windows are regularly spaced. The East (Stair Street) elevation shows a window on both floors to the right of the centre. The West elevation adjoins a single-storey cottage at number 39 Mill Street, while the North elevation adjoins a lower house at number 1 Stair Street.
