Description
This is a late 18th to early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house situated at the end of a terrace in Drummore. The north elevation is painted render with a painted base course and painted margins around the windows. The east elevation is painted rubble. A central, recessed door is accessed via a panelled door with a letter-box fanlight. The fenestration is regular. A single window is visible on the right of the ground floor on the east elevation, and a very small square window is set within the gablehead to the right. The west elevation adjoins the property at number 13 Shore Street, which has its own separate listing. The house has sash and case windows with plate glass glazing; the east elevation has fixed glazing. The northeast corner has a painted coped skew. Broad painted rubble stacks are visible, with one gablehead stack to the east and a shared stack to the west. The roof is covered with small, purple-grey slates and topped with octagonal cans.
