Greencroft, Greencroft Wynd, Annan

Greencroft is an early 18th century, two-storey house located on Greencroft Wynd in Annan. The interior has been gutted and is now used as a workshop. The building features five regular bays and a single low north wing that is designed to blend in well with the main structure. The exterior is rendered with ashlar dressings.

There is a segmental-arched central doorway set within a blocked architrave. The window margins are chamfered, although they now have modern glazing, and the cills have been built up. The eaves course is present, and the main cornice steps upwards to connect with the skews. The skew moulding runs horizontally below the north stack, while the south gable has been partly rebuilt. The ashlar stack is not original, and the roofs are covered with slate.
