Description
This late 18th century building, known as the Killing House and located opposite the stables at Raehills, has a rectangular plan and is built into a bank. The south elevation features three bays, with a door on the left side. The remaining bays are arranged over two levels, each level containing an opening. The building is constructed of rubble, with heavily-droved red ashlar dressings. A single corniced stack is present, and the roof is covered in slate with a ventilator. It is possibly the work of Alexander Stevens.
