Description
This early 19th century terraced house at 92 High Street, Kirkcudbright, features two storeys and an attic with three bays. The exterior is finished in painted render, with margins at the ground floor and architraves around the first-floor windows. The entrance door has a fanlight above it, while to the right, there is a window that was previously a door, and at the extreme right, there is a blocked window with a projecting curved lintel. The ground floor has a lintel course, and the first floor has a cill course, with the central window being blind and all windows featuring 12-pane glazing. A modern dormer is present on the roof, which has straight skews, moulded skewputts, and end stacks, all covered by a slate roof. At the rear, there is a single-storey and attic wing that used to face Fisher's Close, which has since been widened to form a road.
