Early 19th century. 2-storey, with 1st floor breaking eaves, 3-bay house. Painted rubble.

N (LAIGH ROW) ELEVATION: door at centre. Windows to both floors in outer bays; broad gabled dormerheads to windows at 1st floor.

E ELEVATION: adjoined to No 13 Laigh Row.

W ELEVATION: adjoined to No 15 Laigh Row.

4-pane glazing in sash and case windows. No skews. Rendered mutual stacks. Purple slates. Modern rooflight to right of centre.
