Description
Logan Windmill is a windmill built before 1684, featuring a vaulted tower design. The structure is a circular tower made of rubble. It has a corbelled crenellated parapet with rubble merlons, which were added later. There are doorways on the east and west sides, with the western doorway partly blocked. Inside, there is a barrel vault to the north that extends from the basement of the tower. Above this vault, there is a broad relieving arch, which has remains of a handmade red brick arch below it. The interior also contains two rows of floor beam sockets.
