Warehouse, 28-30 Harbour Street, Stranraer

28-30 Harbour Street in Stranraer is a late 18th century, two-storey, four-bay symmetrical house that has been converted into offices. The building features whitewashed rubble with painted surrounds around the openings and projecting cills. At the rear, there is a warehouse with a combination of rubble and brick, topped with an M-gable.

On the south elevation, there is a single window to the left and a timber and glass door to the right, set in an elliptical-arched keystoned central pend. Above, there are two single windows aligned on the first floor. To the outer right, there are single windows at both the ground and first floors, while a single leaf timber door is located to the outer left, accompanied by a single window at the first floor.

The windows are predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case, with cast iron rooflights. The roof is covered in grey slate and features gablehead stacks with ashlar dressings and circular cans.

Inside, the house has a modern commercial interior, while the warehouse retains timber flooring, pillars, and a roof. The site is enclosed by a brick boundary wall.
