Description

23 Castle Street is an early 19th century terraced house that stands two storeys high over a basement. The building is constructed of pinned rubble with painted margins and features rusticated quoins facing Raggits Lane. It has a panelled door on the right side, with one window to the left above a glazed basement light. On the first floor, there are two windows, both of which are 12-pane sashes. The house is topped with a slate roof.
