Early 19th century. terraced house, 2-storeys over basement. Pinned rubble with painted margins and rusticated quoins to Raggits Lane. Panelled door at right, 1 window to left over glazed basement light, 2 windows 1st floor; 12-pane sashes. Slate roof.
