Description

Begun 1836. Long, 3-storey and loft, 34-bay rubble-built block, with margins to S elevation, converted to residential late 1980s. Built in 3 sections; 6 bays to E probably earliest, with margins to N elevation; 14 bays to W probably most recent construction. Square-headed door and window openings, some altered. Mostly modern louvred glazing. Single gabled loft opening to N elevation, 2 windows to each level of W gable. 2 tiers of skylights. Straight skews, end stacks and slate roof.
