Description
The Town Hall on Ochil Street in Tillicoultry is a building from 1878, featuring a tower and an adjoining gable that are remnants of the 1859 Institute, with the rest of the structure demolished in 1986. It is constructed of ashlar stone. The square tower has a crenellated parapet and stone-roofed bartizans. Above this, there is a tall octagonal belfry stage that houses a clock. The surviving gable is buttressed and has a crow-stepped design.
