Description

Mid to later 18th century; recast and converted by Ian Lindsay & Partners, circa 1970. 2-storey, 2-bay cottage forming terrace end; gable to Pier Place. Harled and limewashed; raised and painted concrete surrounds to openings; exterior stair with timber railings to 1st floor.

E (GREAT MICHAEL SQUARE) ELEVATION: stairs to 1st floor entrance in central bay; 2-leaf timber boarded door; flanking single windows. Single window to ground in stair recess to left; boarded storage door beneath stair.

W (FISHMARKET SQUARE) ELEVATION: recessed 1st floor; regularly fenestrated to both floors.

N (PIER PLACE) ELEVATION: single window to 1st floor in bay to outer left.

12-pane timber sash and case windows to all elevations. Machine-made red pantiled roof with grey slate easing course and precast concrete skews. Harled apex stack to N with precast concrete cope and circular cans.
