Description

Late 19th century. 2 storey, 4 bay symmetrical pair of classical houses. Cream sandstone polished ashlar. Base course; cill courses

to ground and 1st floor windows; pilastered mullions between lights to canted bays; dividing band course; cornice; panelled parapet; channelled quoins; stylized, full height pilasters flanking doorways (and windows above) chanelled at ground.

W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: doorways to basket arched recesses to 2 central bays; panelled doors; plate glass fanlights; parapets to single windows to basket arched recesses above. Full height, 3 light canted windows to bays to outer right and left.

Plate glass, timber, sash and case windows. Shallow roof; wallhead stacks.

INTERIOR: not seen 1996.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low coped boundary wall to street; replacement railings.
