Description
Auldjo Jamieson and Arnott, 1932. Single storey, 5-bay, unusual C-plan neo-Georgian house with distinctive wide swept roof, deep overhanging eaves and entrance door deeply recessed under central raised projecting roof. Pink squared rubble with ashlar details. Main elevation orientated to face south in undulating wooded hospital grounds. Eaves course. Small-paned glazing in metal casement windows. Grey slates with stone ridge. Stacks with decorative scroll details to shoulders; clay cans, some missing.
There is a simple largely complete 1930s interior (seen 2014) with rear corridor giving access to all rooms. Timber doors and chimneypieces.
