Description

  1. 3-storey basement and attic, 3-bay former classical house. Scabbled (formerly droved) cream sandstone ashlar (stonecleaned) with polished dressings. Architraved and corniced doorpiece with glazed door and original radiating fanlight; decorative cast-iron balconies at 1st floor, bars at 2nd; moulded eaves cornice; 4 velux rooflights.

12-pane timber sash and case windows. Ashlar coped skews; stone stacks, rendered to E; grey slates.

INTERIOR: entrance hall with enriched ceiling; former Dining Room panelled; former drawing room with enriched neo-classical ceiling.

RAILINGS AND LAMP STANDARDS: modern iron railings; pair of original 18th century wrought-iron lamp standards to platt.
