Annfield House, 10 Hope Park Square, Edinburgh

Annfield House is a tenement and house built around 1860-1864, located on the east side of Hope Park Square in Edinburgh. The building features a three-storey façade with three windows, including a right-hand bipartite window, facing North Meadow Walk. It has quoin ends and ground floor windows that are architraved and corniced. The entrance is highlighted by a Roman Doric pilastered doorpiece, and there is a later mansard attic. The gable facing the square has a one-window design and maintains a continuous architectural style with numbers 6 to 9, which are similar to numbers 1 to 5. The three-storey, one-window fronts at numbers 6, 7, and 9, and a two-window front at number 8, all feature plain architraved and corniced doorpieces, constructed from stugged ashlar with slated roofs. The building also has an irregular rubble-built frontage facing Meadow Lane, complete with forestairs.
