210 Causewayside, Edinburgh

210 Causewayside in Edinburgh is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay rectangular-plan dwelling that has been converted for office use. It is located next to an industrial building to the south. The exterior is constructed of squared and snecked pink sandstone rubble, featuring stugged ashlar dressings and droved margins, with coursed rubble on the east elevation facing Causewayside. The building has a base course, cornice, and blocking course on the east elevation, along with long and short quoins.

On the east elevation, which faces Causewayside, there is a central doorway with a deep-set panelled door and a plate glass fanlight above it. A single window is located on the first floor above the doorway, with single windows in the flanking bays. The west elevation, facing Kittle Years, features a forestair rising from the left to the central doorway at the first floor, which has a deep-set small-pane door and a plate glass fanlight. There are also single windows in the flanking bays on this side.

The north elevation is blank. The building has plate glass sash and case windows and a gray slate pitched roof. There is a coped rendered and lined gablehead stack on the north side, along with moulded cans and a coped gable. The interior was not seen in 1990.
