Description

35 Inverleith Row is a large two-storey villa built around 1870 in the Mid Victorian Renaissance style. It features a three-window front facing Inverleith Row, which includes one canted bay and one shallow rectangular bay with pierced parapets. The entrance has a bracketed doorpiece adorned with an ornamented frieze. The villa also has a three-window front with an asymmetrical canted bay facing Inverleith Place. The exterior is finished with snecked rubble and has ashlar dressings, topped by a piended slated roof.
