Description

Circa 1870. Mid Victorian. 2-storey and later attic

4-window (outer window bipartite) semi-detached, polished

ashlar with quoins and margins raised over rosettes at

centres of lintels; twin architraved doorpieces, cornice

on brackets with boy's and lions' heads; 1st floor band

course and bracketted cill course, slated roof, modern

platformed dormer at No. 30.
