Description
30 Inverleith Row in Edinburgh is a mid-Victorian semi-detached building dating from around 1870. It is two storeys tall with an attic added later and features four windows, with the outer windows being bipartite. The building is constructed of polished ashlar stone, with quoins and raised margins over rosettes at the centres of the lintels. It has twin architraved doorpieces and a cornice supported by brackets that display boy's and lions' heads. There is a band course on the first floor and a bracketed cill course. The roof is slated, and there is a modern platformed dormer at No. 30.
