Stuckenduff, Shore Road, Shandon

Stuckenduff is an earlier 19th century single-storey villa with a rectangular plan, located on Shore Road in Shandon. The exterior features cream-painted harl with sandstone dressings and margins, a base course, a timber eaves course, and quoin strips.

The southwest elevation is symmetrical, with a central door that has a decorative wooden trellis porch and a four-pane rectangular fanlight above. The vestibule door is panelled with 12-pane upper glazing. Flanking the door are corniced and canted windows, and above are canted, half-piended dormers with a rooflight at the centre.

On the southeast elevation, there is a broad gable with a window on the outer left and a lean-to bay on the right, which has a window in the centre. There is also an out-of-character wooden, flat-roofed structure on the outer right.

The northwest elevation features a broad gable with a tripartite window on the outer left and a modern wooden, flat-roofed extension to the left.

The northeast elevation has a modern flat-roofed extension running the length of the rear. It includes a broad gable at the centre with the main block behind, a gabled dormer to the left, and a modern higher dormer to the right.

The villa has 12-pane and 10-pane glazing on the northeast elevation, a grey slate roof with lead flashings, and coped apex stacks. The interior was not seen in 1993.
