Description

Earlier 19th century. Symmetrical principal elevation resembling 2 semi-detached houses (now 3 flats). 2-storey and attic, 4-bay with single storey, single bay half-piended wing. Cream and pink sandstone rubble, ashlar margins. Raised margins to windows

N (CLYDE STREET/ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: 2 pilastered doorpieces to centre. Pilaster to left door partially missing (2003). Single window to outer bay and wing. 4 evenly arranged 1st floor windows. 2 later 19th century, 3-light gabled dormer windows to attic, modern rooflight to centre right.

Plain gable wall to W. S elevation, full height canted fenestration bay to right and later dormers.

Mostly uPVC windows. Grey slate roof, ashlar coped skews, sandstone gable stacks with moulded cans.
