43-45 High Street in Brechin is an 18th-century building constructed from rubble with ashlar margins. It features a broad, three-storey and attic twin-gabled frontage that is four windows wide. The building includes shops and a close, with two single attic lights. The roofs are slated and have skewputts, along with later brick stacks. The windows have been reglazed.
