Description
29-31 High Street in Brechin is an 18th-century building constructed from rubble with ashlar dressings. It features three storeys and an attic, with a gable front that has three windows. The ground floor is occupied by shops. At the rear, there is a semicircular stair turret made of rubble. The roof is slated, but the stonework is showing signs of deterioration.
