Description

16 West High Street in Kirkintilloch is an 18th-century building that features two storeys and an attic, with a three-window front. The ground floor has a modern shopfront, while the first floor is stuccoed and has pointed margins. The roof is slated and includes a piended dormer, along with fragments of a crowstepped gable on the right side, which has been damaged due to the construction of a later tenement. At the rear, there is a semi-circular stair tower made of colourwashed rubble.
