1 High Street in Newburgh is an 18th-century building that stands three stories tall. It features three windows on the first floor and two on the second, along with a lower annex that has two windows and a piend roof. The front is made of painted rubble, and it has moulded windows and crowstepped gables. The ground floor has been modernized for a shop, and one of the chimneys has been rebuilt in brick.
