33, 35, and 37 High Street in Brechin is an 18th-century building constructed of rubble with margins that stand proud. It has three storeys and an attic, featuring a T-plan layout with a two-window gable on the projecting wing facing the street. There are two blocked attic lights. The building includes a shop and has a slated roof. The windows have been reglazed, and the chimney heads have been rebuilt in brick.
