1-3 Panmure Street, Montrose

1-3 Panmure Street in Montrose is an early 19th century, two-storey, three-bay house. The front features lined bull-faced render, while the sides and rear are harled.

On the south elevation, there are two doors at the center on the ground floor, with a late timber-mullioned bipartite window to the left and a single window to the right. The first floor has three windows, with the center window blinded.

The east elevation has a two-bay gable end with windows on both the ground and first floors, and a window in the gablehead that is offset to the left.

The west elevation adjoins 25-27 Baltic Street. The north elevation features a two-storey extension that is not included in the current listing.

The house has 12-pane timber sash and case windows, a graded grey slate roof with coped skews, harled gablehead stacks, and two rooflights on the south pitch.
